Photographer and Videographer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Photographer & Videographer to create high-quality visual content that showcases our restaurant’s food, atmosphere, team, and guest experience. This role is responsible for producing compelling photo and video assets for social media, website, advertising, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional food photography (plated dishes, ingredients, behind-the-scenes kitchen moments).
• Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos (reels, promos, interviews, event coverage).
• Plan, shoot, and edit content aligned with the restaurant’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Manage lighting, composition, styling, and visual storytelling on set.
• Collaborate with chefs, marketing team, and management to plan content calendars and campaigns.
• Edit photos and videos using professional software (color correction, sound design, basic motion graphics).
• Optimize content formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, and digital ads.
• Maintain organized digital asset storage and backups.
• Stay current with food and hospitality content trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food photography and restaurant videography (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of lighting for food and interior spaces.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of branding and social media performance.
• Own professional camera, lenses, and lighting equipment (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hospitality brands.
• Knowledge of food styling principles.
• Ability to direct short-form storytelling and on-camera talent.
• Drone or advanced cinematic skills (optional).

Deliverables

• Weekly/monthly content output (to be defined).
• Edited photos ready for publication.
• Platform-optimized videos (vertical and horizontal formats).
• Raw footage archive for future use.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
