Photographer & Content Creator

We are looking for an English-speaking photographer and Content Creator for the OGSI Oil & Gas Fields Equipment Manufacturing in the JAFZA area.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Social Media, Graphic Design, SEO & CRM as well.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Content Creation (Video & Photo): independently shoot and edit high-quality dynamic video content (Reels, site progress updates, executive interviews) and industrial photography for social media and corporate use.

· Graphic Design (Canva): Design and maintain marketing literature using Canva and other design tools, including brochures, event invitations, speaker announcements, and social media graphics.

· Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence by crafting engaging posts for technical (engineering) and strategic (government/ICV) audiences, ensuring consistent "drip" campaigns.

· Designing and maintaining all sales and proposals templates and ensuring all documents and presentations are produced in accordance with the company templates/branding.

· Managing the CRM administration and modifications as required.

· Ensure the OGSI bid process is being managed and that new enquiries/TQ’s are being recorded and submitted in good time to meet deadlines.

· Developing or Improving SEO for all websites in-house and keeping all websites and social media pages up to date.

· Designing and distributing promotional materials.

· Managing events for the sales team.

· Take minutes during the sales meeting and circulate in a timely fashion.

· Process agency and representative agreements for OGSI.

· Arrange departmental and inter-departmental meetings as and when required.

· Setting up enquiry electronic & paper filing systems where required.

· Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for the Sales & Proposals Team.

· Compilation of pre-qualification documents in line with the requirements defined by a particular client and increase pre-qualification success for OGSI’s range of products.

· Consult with professional organizations and industry bodies, including EIC, TUV NEL, ISNetworld and Chambers of Commerce when required.

· Maintain close contact with vendor database organisations including FPAL and Achilles and keep registrations up to date.

· Other administrative duties as instructed by the Sales Manager or Sales Director.

Essential Skills & Competencies (New Section):

· Video Editing: Proficient in mobile/desktop video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) with the ability to cut, add music, captions, and branding rapidly.

· Visual Design: Advanced proficiency in Canva for creating quick, professional-grade marketing assets (brochures, invites, posts).

· Photography: Ability to frame and capture high-quality industrial and corporate photos on-site.

· Copywriting: Strong ability to write for distinct audiences (Technical/Engineering vs. Government/Strategic)

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
