• Capture passport-size and studio photographs according to required standards and customer requirements.
• Edit, resize, and print passport and ID photographs using professional editing software.
• Design creative graphics, banners, posters, visiting cards, and social media content.
• Handle company social media accounts by creating, posting, and managing engaging content.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups regarding orders, appointments, and service updates.
• Assist customers with photo selection, editing preferences, and printing requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of photographs, designs, and customer services.
• Coordinate with clients for promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Maintain proper records of customer orders, files, and completed projects.
