Photographer / Graphic Designer Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Photography / Videography / Social Media Expert

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties (interior, exterior).
• Edit and enhance images and videos for use across multiple platforms (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Create virtual tours, reels, and walkthrough videos optimized for social media and real estate platforms.

Graphic Design

• Design eye-catching brochures, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce campaigns and promotional materials.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategy to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate and digital trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate photography/videography and graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience managing social media platforms, especially in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement algorithms, and branding.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Owned visa is a plus
