Photographer & Market Manager Potential

Professional Real Estate Photographer opportunity for HomeDiary PRO. We are a platform for the home created by the FloorPlanOnline team that creates content not only for listings, but for the buy and living side too. We are the only platform that has a real time editable 2D/3D interactive floor plan that is used on the listing, and then passed on to the buyer via Claim Home via our integrated HomeDiary handoff. We are looking for a staff real estate photographer already located in the Hartford, CT area. For the right person, if you can bring your book of business and your photography skills, you can leverage our platform to build your own local team to grow on top of the best platform for the home that consistently gets 5 star Google reviews from our customers, and that has been self funded and in business for over 20 years. We are a small family run company, and you can run and manage your own market without layers of bureaucracy from above.

For the right person, the Market Manager/Owner opportunity brings a franchise like opportunity to leverage our platform and brand with your local sales and service expertise. As the market grows, your comp also grows, and it is unlimited. So, we are looking to add an area manager for Hartford to our HomeDiary Platform for the Home Team, leveraging the skillset of a Real Estate Photographer / FAA Certified Drone Pilot /FloorPlan technician to build upon our business with your business and skill set. Bring other photographers and clients on board and get the business running from day 1 without learning curves or growing pains. As we are also looking for a photographer, the potential for a market manager role will be dependent on your background.

As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for providing a series of creative, high quality, HDR photographs of the home and neighborhood amenities, as well as Drone Photos & Video for Residential and Commercial Properties. No editing or HDR processing is required as we use our centralized production team to process the photos. You shoot, upload, and we do the rest. This allows you to do more jobs in a day, and actually have a personal life once you put the camera down at the end of a day.

We also specialize in creating floor plans and we have a proprietary process to leverage a 360 camera (Theta V or Z1), powered by Matterport, to create a floor plan quickly, easily and accurately. With our process, a 2500 sq ft home can be scanned in as little as 15 minutes. This can also be done with the larger Matterport PRO cameras, but the benefit of a 360 camera scan is the process is 3x faster and accuracy is still around 98-99% with our proprietary process and floor plan system. Pro cameras are 99.5% or more accurate. Therefore the successful candidate will need a supported 360 camera and/or Matterport Pro camera (or ideally both). We can also create any other source into our format, including floor plans from app scans or 3D scans. We have an enterprise agreement with Matterport so you do not need your own Matterport account. This saves you thousands of dollars a year.

Equipment needed:

• DSLR Camera (full frame preferred but not required)
• Wide Angle Lens for equivalent of 10 to 16 mm
• Heavy Duty Tripod
• External Flash
• Drone with Photo and Video capacity (remote ID required)
• Theta Z1 or X 360 camera and/or Matterport Pro2 or Pro3 camera
• Laser measuring device (for reference measurements)
• Reliable vehicle and valid license
• Computer with high speed Internet access

You must have all of the items above (or be willing to procure them) to be considered for this position.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience preferred, however training will be provided.
