Photographer - School and Studio

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Photographer to join our vibrant team, specializing in capturing compelling images for school portraits and studio sessions. Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging photo sessions at school locations and studio settings, ensuring subjects feel comfortable and confident during each shoot
• Operate professional camera equipment to capture high-resolution images, utilizing techniques in lighting, composition, and posing
• Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software tools to achieve optimal color accuracy and visual appeal
• Manage color grading and color management processes to maintain consistent quality across all images
• Perform post-production editing including retouching, cropping, and photo manipulation to meet client specifications and brand standards
• Collaborate with art direction teams to develop creative concepts for photo shoots and video projects
• Maintain organized workflows for photo and video files, ensuring efficient turnaround times for clients
• Assist in training or mentoring junior team members in photography techniques and editing software as needed

Experience

• Proven experience in professional photography with a strong portfolio showcasing portraiture, studio work, or school photography
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of color theory, color management practices, and lighting techniques essential for high-quality image production
• Experience filming video content with knowledge of videography best practices and editing workflows
• Familiarity with post-production processes such as photo editing, photo manipulation, retouching, and color grading
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, students, parents, and team members
