Job Description

INCL Media Group is looking for a skilled Photographer & Video Editor with strong hands-on experience in visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end photography and video editing requirements for digital and media projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional photography shoots (events, portraits, studio, outdoor)
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and digital platforms
• Perform video editing, color correction, sound sync, and basic motion graphics
• Ensure visual content aligns with brand and project requirements
• Manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and accessories
• Coordinate with internal teams for content planning and execution
• Maintain proper file management and archiving of visual assets

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photography and video editing
• Graduation completed in 2022
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and composition
• Experience working with media, digital, or content-driven organizations preferred
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
