About the Role

Raw Creative Studio is looking for a versatile, high-energy Photographer, Videographer & Editor to join our production team. This is a true "all-rounder" role designed for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You will be a key player in our creative process, helping us execute high-end ad films, TVCs, and brand content.

We need a creative professional who is just as comfortable behind a lens as they are in the editing suite. Whether assisting our Lead DOP on large-scale commercial sets or taking full creative control of independent shoots, you should bring a sharp eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude to every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Execute professional-grade photography and videography for a mix of in-studio and outdoor location shoots.
• Post-Production: Edit video content and retouch photos with a strong focus on pacing, color grading, and a cohesive design aesthetic.
• DOP Support: Act as the primary assistant to the Lead DOP during major productions, ensuring technical setups are seamless.
• Lead Small Shoots: Take the lead on smaller-scale shoots when the Lead DOP is unavailable, managing the production from start to finish.
• Lighting & Setup: Set up and manage basic to intermediate lighting configurations for studio portraits and product shoots.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize all studio equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip) to ensure everything is in peak working condition.
• Creative Growth: Stay updated on industry trends and proactively learn new software or techniques to elevate the studio’s output.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in photography, videography, and editing.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with mirrorless/cinema cameras and a solid understanding of manual settings.
• Editing Suite: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom).
• Lighting Knowledge: A solid grasp of three-point lighting and the ability to adapt to natural light for outdoor shoots.
• Design Sense: A keen eye for composition, typography, and visual balance.
• Mindset: A massive creative drive and a hunger to learn. We value curiosity and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Reliability: Highly organized with the ability to manage equipment logs and meet tight post-production deadlines.
