As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, motivated, and creative intern to support our behind-the-scenes content and storytelling.

Compensation

This role offers two flexible participation options:

• Paid Option: Interns have the opportunity to earn compensation by also being an cleaner which would mean assisting with our cleaning projects alongside our team. This provides hands-on experience with our core services while earning pay.
• Volunteer Option: Interns who prefer to focus solely on content creation and media work are welcome to participate in this role on a volunteer basis for experience and portfolio development.

This structure allows you to tailor the internship experience to your schedule, interests, and goals.

Internship Overview

We are seeking a Photographer/Videographer/Editor Intern who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative. This internship offers an opportunity to build your portfolio while having creative ownership over projects.

This is a self-directed internship, meaning you will have the opportunity to work remotely (at minimum 8 hours must be on site). You will also be given a high level of autonomy in managing your work, capturing content, and executing ideas. This role is best suited for someone who is confident in their skills, organized, and excited to take ownership of their creative process.

You will be responsible for capturing day-to-day content, creating engaging visuals, and helping shape the brand’s digital presence through storytelling.

We have a camera for you to use but if you have your own camera/equipment, that is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture day-to-day photo and video content, including vlog-style footage
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos
• Create short-form and long-form content for social media and marketing
• Incorporate basic motion graphics, sound, and visual storytelling techniques
• Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard tools
• Organize and manage digital content files efficiently
• Bring creative ideas for content, branding, and storytelling
• Work independently to plan, shoot, and complete projects

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to film, media, or design -OR- enrolled in a photography class with an unrelated major is also acceptable.
• Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Basic understanding of videography, photography, and editing workflows
• Experience creating content for social media is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Creative thinker with attention to detail

Important Note About This Role

This internship is intentionally designed to be independent and self-driven. You will not have constant, hands-on supervision, so it’s important that you are comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and managing your own workflow.
