About the Role:
We are looking for talented and driven Photographers/Videographers to join our team. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical expertise to capture high-quality images, videos, and virtual tours of residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for driving to various locations, interacting with clients, and creating visually stunning content that showcases properties in their best light. We are willing to train the right candidates, all editing will be handled by our editing team, and all equipment is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to and from various shoots, both residential and commercial.
• Interact professionally with clients, homeowners, and renters to ensure a positive experience.
• Capture high-quality photos, videos, and virtual tours of homes, land, and commercial spaces.
• Operate camera equipment, drones, and other necessary tools to create engaging visual content.
• Upload media for editing and further processing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with the team regarding shoot schedules, content preferences, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate media creation.
• Drone flying experience and Part 107 commercial drone pilot license.
• Proficiency with camera equipment.
• Strong customer service and client relations skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.
• A general drive and passion for photography/videography.
• Must have drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtual tours.
• Basic computer skills (uploading various media types).
• Social media content creation experience.
• Knowledge of modern photography and video trends.
