Serdar Properties is a real estate brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai, specializing in off-plan and luxury properties. We are looking for a creative media professional who can manage property photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design for our marketing and sales campaigns.

Job Description
The role involves producing high-quality photos, videos, and designs for real estate listings, social media, websites, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be multi-skilled in media production with a strong creative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot professional photos and videos of properties (interior, exterior, drone if certified)
• Create video walkthroughs, promotional reels, and lifestyle content
• Edit photos and videos for use on property portals, social media, and websites
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and online posts
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to deliver creative content on time
• Ensure all media aligns with brand standards and client requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as photographer/videographer/editor (real estate preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)
• Strong creative portfolio (must provide link when applying)
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and editing
• Knowledge of graphic design for marketing and social media
• UAE driving licence preferred (for property site visits)
• Currently in UAE and available to join immediately

Salary & Benefits

• AED 4,000 – 8,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Visa, medical insurance, and benefits as per UAE law
• Professional office in Business Bay, Dubai
• All required equipment provided (or allowance if using own)
