Job Description: Photographer & Videographer (Intern)
Role Overview
A Photographer and Videographer in the real estate industry is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content to effectively market properties for sale or rent. This content may include photographs, video tours, walk-throughs, virtual tours, and aerial/drone footage, designed to showcase properties in the best possible light and attract potential buyers or renters.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interior and exterior shots, agent portraits, and lifestyle images.
- Edit and enhance images and footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), ensuring they meet company quality standards.
- Create engaging video tours, virtual tours, and 360° walkthroughs to provide comprehensive views of properties.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, and creative teams to plan shoots, schedule sessions, and align deliverables with marketing strategies.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, drones, and other necessary equipment at various property locations.
- Stage and prep properties to highlight their best features and create compelling visuals to maximize appeal.
- Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring timely delivery of edited content for listings and marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate media trends, new equipment, and innovative visual storytelling techniques.

Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment, including DSLRs, wide-angle lenses, drones, tripods, and lighting kits.
- Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Excellent composition, lighting, and color correction skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing scenarios and team collaboration.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with some work required on evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs.
- Preferred valid Qatar driver’s license
