Photographer / Videographer Intern

Job Overview
GGTRS Studio is looking for motivated freelance and or intern Photographer / Videographer(s) to join our team! For less experienced creators this opportunity can provide hands-on photography and videography experience, working on exciting projects that showcase your talents & potential.

For more experienced creatives, GGTRS Studio can act as a great space to run photoshoots as well as tap into a different client base. We understand that creators tend to be introverted and can also help generate client leads within our network in the Massachusetts creative scene.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing photo shoots and video recordings across various settings and themes
• Capture high-quality images and videos that align with project objectives and brand standards
• Operate professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio devices during filming sessions
• Edit videos utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to produce polished final products
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to elevate video content
• Manage post-production workflows including color correction, audio syncing, and file organization
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative concepts and storyboards for multimedia projects
• Maintain equipment inventory, ensure proper storage, and handle setup/tear-down of gear for shoots

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a photography, film production, media arts or related program
• Demonstrated experience with digital cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus
• Strong understanding of video production workflows from filming to editing
• Knowledge of post-production techniques such as color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling through visuals
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude eager to develop technical skills and creative vision

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
