Photographer/Videographer - 1 MONTH ONLY (DECEMBER)

A real estate company is seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer for a 1-month project this December. The role focuses on producing high-quality real estate photos, video tours, property walkthroughs, and marketing content to support listings and end-of-year campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional real estate photos of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Shoot property video tours and walkthroughs, including aerial/drone shots (if applicable).
• Edit photos and videos to create clean, bright, and marketable content aligned with real estate standards.
• Work closely with the marketing/agent teams to schedule shoots and understand property highlights.
• Produce short-form content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, website).
• Set up and manage lighting, stabilization, and camera equipment for on-location shoots.
• Ensure all final assets are submitted on time for listing uploads and promotional materials.
• Maintain organized folders for raw and edited content for easy access.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Knowledge of composition techniques specific to property showcases (wide-angle, interior lighting, staging).
• Proficiency in editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Ability to deliver work quickly under tight deadlines.
• Drone operation experience and certification (optional but a big advantage).
• Owns professional camera gear suitable for real estate shoots.
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
