Professional Real Estate Photographer/Videographer/Drone Pilot

Location: Triad Area - Winston-Salem & Surrounding Areas

Are you a talented photographer or videographer with a strong creative eye and a passion for capturing spaces beautifully?

We are seeking a motivated and dependable photographer/videographer to join our growing team in the Triad area. This position will begin as a part-time contract role, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

We are specifically looking for someone local to the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area who is excited to grow with a fast-paced and creative company.

Previous real estate photography experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you are a skilled photographer with a strong portfolio, attention to detail, and willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties
• Travel to properties throughout the Triad region
• Collaborate with our team to ensure every project meets brand and client expectations
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with clients on-site
• Editing is not handled by photographers.

Requirements

• Professional experience in photography and/or videography
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Own professional camera equipment and editing software
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and composition
• Drone Part 107 License (preferred) or ability to get one
