Photographer/Videographer (Real Estate)

Who are we?

Skyview Experts is a media company specializing in photography, videography, content creation (social media), and marketing for the Real Estate industry and other industries as acquired. We service the Metro Detroit Area including Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County(s).

Skyview Experts is looking for you! A Lead Photographer/Videographer that will help support us in all business aspects including growth and sales. This position will be a 80/20 split:

• 80% focusing on photography/videography
• 20% responsibility will be acquiring new clients and selling our services.

The ideal candidate must have photography and videography experience and excellent communication/interpersonal skills as this position will be highly visible working with multiple clients.

This position is a full-time permanent role. We are looking to grow together!

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the photography and videography for Real Estate jobs in the Metro Detroit Area and completing each one in a timely manner;
• Uploading raw images and/or videos to our database at the end of each workday (no editing needed);
• Support special jobs and film ‘behind the scenes’ for social media or miscellaneous content;
• Act as a sales lead by acquiring new clients as well as ensuring the continued use of our services;
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Your schedule will be mainly during the day, Monday through Friday. However, you must be available for weekends as needed.

Work location is ON THE ROAD/REMOTE. You must have reliable transportation to perform your job.

Equipment provided to you includes Camera, Stabilizer, Tripod, and Drone. You must have the following:

• Smartphone with GPS
• Reliable/fast internet for uploading RAW photos
• Personal computer

Compensation Package

• Annual Salary (starting): $40,000 USD
• Earn additional commission for every job completed after 5 PM and on weekends
• Bonus: $1,000.00 (after 6 months) plus end of the year holiday bonus based on Company performance
• New Client Incentive: If you land/acquire a new client for the Company, your first job with the new client will be fully paid to you.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in photography; one (1) year in videography (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Part 107 Drone License (preferred).
• Must be punctual for each home/project (the earlier, the better!).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining your deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to adapt in high-pressure situations and provide solutions.
• Must be able and willing to travel (Valid Driver’s License is required).
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must physically and mentally be capable of safely performing the essential functions of the job.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
