We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer–Videographer who can lead the full 360° content creation process and support our digital presence across social media, website, and CRM platforms.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content that elevates our brand and showcases our properties. The ideal candidate can independently manage the entire production cycle—photography, videography, aerial shots, editing, and final content delivery—along with basic CRM and website content updates.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production (Full Cycle)

• Manage the end-to-end content creation process: ideation, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, lifestyle content, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.
• Produce diverse visual assets: walkthroughs, promotional videos, reels, testimonials, and social media content.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and are optimized for social media, website, property portals, and marketing materials.

Photography & Videography Execution

• Conduct on-site and off-site shoots, including interior, exterior, community, and aerial imagery.
• Execute cinematic videography, stabilizer shots, voiceovers, and narrative-driven edits.

Post-Production

• Edit photos and videos to a professional standard using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Apply advanced color grading, transitions, sound design, animations, and branding elements.
• Maintain organized media libraries and structured project files.

Digital & Content Management

• Update website property listings, visuals, and media assets.
• Support CRM data organization, content uploads, and property media integrations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on content calendars, campaigns, and social media needs.
• Ensure fast turnaround times while upholding exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer; real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and videography work.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting equipment, drones, and stabilizers.
• Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver content efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and website content management.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and in collaboration.
