Photography Specialist

Job Purpose:

To plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. The role includes managing all stages of production—from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Photography Duties

• Plan and organize daily shooting schedules and production needs.

• Set up and prepare all camera equipment, lighting, and audio before sessions.

• Capture professional photos for products, events, and marketing campaigns.

• Shoot high-quality videos for various purposes (social media, ads, interviews, etc.).

• Stay updated with the latest photography techniques and industry trends.

2. Videography & Editing Duties

• Assemble raw footage and structure complete video timelines.

• Edit and enhance video content using visual and audio effects.

• Create transitions, text overlays, lower thirds, and simple motion graphics when needed.

• Perform color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency.

• Export and deliver final files in all required formats (social media, advertising, print).

3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to understand project requirements.

• Organize, archive, and maintain all photo and video files.

• Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines.

• Propose creative concepts and ideas that support the company’s visual identity.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in professional photography and videography.

• Advanced editing skills using:

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom

• Solid understanding of lighting techniques, lenses, angles, and composition.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• High creativity and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Design, Film Production, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in photography and video editing.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
