Photography & Videography Incharge

We are looking for a highly experienced and competent Photography & Videography Incharge to lead our creative team and oversee all photography, videography, and post-production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to photographers, videographers, and editing staff.

Manage and oversee the coverage of weddings, events, and special occasions, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement the department’s creative vision while keeping up with the latest photography, videography, and post-production trends and technologies.

Plan, organize, and manage team schedules, assignments, and project timelines.

Ensure the timely delivery of all projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Review and approve final outputs, including editing, color grading, visual effects, and overall artistic presentation.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and professional growth.

Coordinate with management and clients to ensure project objectives and expectations are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and visual production.

Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams.

Extensive knowledge of wedding, event, and live production photography and videography.

Strong artistic vision with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production software.

A strong and diverse Portfolio demonstrating both technical expertise and leadership capabilities is required.
