Role Overview

We’re hiring creative Photoshop Editors who can bring imagination to life. Your mission:

turn product photos, lifestyle concepts, and marketing ideas into scroll-stopping,

conversion-driven visuals for both e-commerce listings and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

For All Editors:

- Design high-quality creatives for Amazon A+ listings, product images, lifestyle banners,

and infographics.

- Create visually consistent social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails,

etc.).

- Retouch and enhance product photos while maintaining brand tone and realism.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to visualize campaigns, seasonal offers, and

storytelling posts.

- Stay updated with trends in e-commerce design, lighting, typography, and layout.

Senior Photoshop Editor (Lead):

- Oversee the creative direction and visual identity across all JD Fresh brands.

- Lead the junior editors review, mentor, and ensure design quality & consistency.

- Work closely with marketing heads to conceptualize campaign visuals and A+ storytelling

layouts.

- Manage asset libraries, templates, and workflow systems for efficient creative execution.

- Experiment with AI tools, mockups, and product scene generation to enhance creative

productivity.

Junior Photoshop Editors:

- Create and assist in product cutouts, color corrections, and layout design.

- Adapt master creatives for multiple platforms and dimensions.

- Support the senior editor in campaign rollouts and daily creative requirements.

- Deliver outputs within deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

For All:

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).

- Understanding of Amazon A+ Content / Marketplace Listing Design.

- Basic understanding of social media formats, composition, and trends.

- Creative eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Editor (Additional):

- 2-4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, creative agency, or product-based

brand.

- Strong creative direction skills and design logic.

- Experience with AI editing tools is a plus.

Junior Editor (Additional):

- 2 years of experience in Photoshop design/editing.

- Passionate about product aesthetics and learning creative tools.
