Job Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack PHP Laravel Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Laravel for backend development and skilled in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver seamless, responsive, and scalable web applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create high-quality digital products that power Growthzi’s AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel.
• Implement responsive frontend interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional applications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Design and manage database schemas, migrations, and queries (MySQL).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and security.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and follow deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across both frontend and backend.
• Stay updated with the latest Laravel and full-stack development trends.

Technical Skills Required

Backend Development

• Strong expertise in Core PHP & Laravel (5+ versions).
• Experience with authentication/authorization (Passport, Sanctum, JWT).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of caching, queues, and event broadcasting (Redis, Horizon, etc.).
• Solid understanding of MySQL/MariaDB database design & optimization.

Frontend Development

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Exposure to modern JS frameworks (Vue.js/React is a plus).
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization and SEO basics.

DevOps & Tools

• Version control with Git/GitHub.
• Familiarity with cPanel, hosting, and deployment workflows.
• Basic understanding of DNS, domains, and SSL setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Laravel or Full-Stack PHP Developer.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
