Position : PHP Laravel Developer

Experience Required:

5+ years of making Laravel sing (and occasionally debugging why it won't) Are you a Laravel developer who takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code? Do you enjoy solving complex problems and building scalable applications? Perfect. We're looking for you.

What You'll Do:

Build Robust Web Applications: Craft elegant Laravel applications that are scalable, maintainable, and built to last. You'll be architecting solutions that solve real business problems efficiently.

Master the Art of API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs that are well-structured and easy to integrate. You'll ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

Containerize Everything: Use Docker to create consistent development environments and streamline deployment processes. You'll work with containers to ensure applications run smoothly across different environments.

Own Your Code: Take full ownership of features from conception to deployment. You'll write tests, monitor performance, squash bugs, and continuously improve the codebase.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into human-speak. You'll participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and occasionally explain why "just add another if statement" isn't always the solution.

What You Should Have:

Core Technical Chops:

Laravel Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on Laravel experience. You know your Service Providers from your Facades, and you've probably written a custom Artisan command or twelve.

MySQL Expertise: Deep knowledge of MySQL, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and the ability to write JOIN statements without Googling (most of the time).

OOP Fundamentals: Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming principles. You know when to use inheritance vs. composition, and you understand that SOLID isn't just an adjective.

API Development: Proven experience building, versioning, and documenting RESTful APIs that developers actually enjoy working with.

Docker Proficiency: Strong command of Docker and containerization. You can write a Dockerfile in your sleep and understand the difference between a container and an image without hesitation.

Essential Soft Skills: Clear Communication: You can explain why something needs to be refactored without inducing panic or boredom.

Independent Worker: You don't need hand-holding to get things done. You take initiative, make smart decisions, and know when to ask for help.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You approach bugs like puzzles to solve, not personal attacks. Complex problems don't intimidate you—they intrigue you.

Continuous Learner: You have a genuine curiosity for technology and a habit of staying current. Whether it's reading tech blogs, exploring new Laravel packages, or experimenting with emerging tools, you're always looking to expand your knowledge and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Nice to Have:

Experience with frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with Redis, queues, and background job processing

Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest)

Pay: ₹50,000.91 - ₹80,000.74 per month
