PHP Web Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP
• Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Work with databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features
• Follow best coding practices, security standards, and documentation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate should be from Dehradun
• Strong proficiency in PHP
• Experience with frameworks such as Laravel / CodeIgniter / Symfony
• Good understanding of MVC architecture
• Proficiency in MySQL and database design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic front-end concepts
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Understanding of web security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Magento
• Knowledge of cloud hosting environments and server management
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience as a PHP Developer
