PHP Wordpress Developer

We are looking for a skilled WordPress & PHP Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building, customising, and maintaining WordPress websites with clean, scalable PHP code. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
• Write clean, efficient, and secure PHP code
• Customise existing WordPress themes and plugins as per business needs
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and tools
• Optimise website performance, speed, and security
• Fix bugs and provide ongoing technical support
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Follow best practices for SEO, performance, and security

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with WordPress CMS
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development
• Knowledge of WordPress hooks, actions, and filters
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.)
• Understanding of website optimisation and security practices
• Experience with Git/version control is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with WooCommerce
• Basic knowledge of on-page SEO
• Experience working with APIs and integrations
• Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, etc.)
