PHP/Laravel Developer

CodeWorx Developers is a fast-growing IT services company specializing in AI & ML, Web, App, and Software Development. We are seeking an experienced PHP/Laravel Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to strengthen our backend team and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP (Laravel framework).
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for integration with mobile and web applications.
• Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), including schema design and query optimization.
• Write clean, secure, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers for smooth integration.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in applications.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with PHP & Laravel framework.
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with API development & third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React) for integration purposes.
• Understanding of unit testing & debugging.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):

• Experience with Laravel packages (Horizon, Passport, Sanctum, etc.).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP deployment.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
