PHP/Laravel/React Developer

Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong leadership capabilities to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Laravel ecosystem combined with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js). In this role, you will not only contribute to hands-on development but also lead architectural decisions, manage DevOps workflows, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Engineering: Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel (Backend) and Next.js / React (Frontend).
• Team Leadership: Lead the development team by setting coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster technical growth.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Oversee application deployment and server management. Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/DigitalOcean) and containerization (Docker).
• System Architecture: Design robust database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and efficient APIs (REST/GraphQL) to ensure high performance and security.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application stability and responsiveness.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate timelines, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven professional experience in web development.
• Backend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in PHP and Laravel, including experience with queues, caching (Redis), and complex database queries.
• Frontend Proficiency: Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js. Experience with state management and Tailwind CSS.
• DevOps Skills: Functional knowledge of DevOps practices, including server provisioning, Nginx configuration, Docker, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, take ownership of projects, and drive technical excellence.
• Tools: Proficiency with Git (Version Control), Jira, and Agile methodologies.
