Position: Physiatrist – Personal Injury & Rehabilitation Focus
We are a leading Personal Injury Medical Group with multiple high-demand locations across Colorado, specializing in treating patients recovering from auto accidents and personal injury cases. From Fort Collins to Pueblo, our mission is to restore health, dignity, and peace of mind to every patient we serve.

We work closely with attorneys, chiropractors, and physical therapists to ensure seamless, high-quality treatment — and we’re growing.

We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is perfect for a physician who is passionate about functional restoration, enjoys collaborative care, and thrives in a structured, high-demand clinical environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial evaluations and follow-ups for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological injuries resulting from auto accidents
  • Develop and oversee individualized, non-surgical rehabilitation and treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs, etc.)
  • Coordinate care with physical therapists, chiropractors, pain specialists, and case managers
  • Provide documentation to support medical necessity for insurance and legal coordination
  • Communicate clearly with patients, attorneys, and other healthcare providers
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of mid-level providers

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Active Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong diagnostic and musculoskeletal exam skills
  • Experience with Personal Injury, Auto Trauma, or Occupational Medicine is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel between clinics across Colorado as needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $254,528.00 - $274,724.00 per year
