Bright Minds’ national security solutions client is hiring an experienced Access Controls / Physical Security Technician to support clients in the Cincinnati, OH region. This Regional Service Technician role focuses on the installation, programming, and servicing of enterprise-grade access control and CCTV systems for medium and large commercial sites.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Lenel, DMP, Bosch, Genetec, Avigilon, or similar access control platforms, and a working knowledge of Mercury-based controller hardware. Experience integrating access software with Mercury controllers is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years installing and servicing access controls/physical security systems
• Experience with Lenel, DMP, Bosch, Genetec, Avigilon, or similar access control systems
• Working knowledge of Mercury-based controller hardware
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, contracts, and schedules
• Strong communication and customer service skills
