Specialty & Growth Opportunities

We are a primarily orthopedic outpatient practice (approximately 70% ortho).
You can build a fulfilling career treating orthopedics exclusively and if you ever want more, we’ve built the runway to niche specializations.

Specialty pathways are completely optional and led by highly skilled clinicians with structured mentorship. These niche programs are available for Physical Therapists who want to expand their skill set, diversify their caseload, or access higher earning potential through our out-of-network hybrid model — but are never required.

Specialty areas include:

• Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
• Sports Performance (Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Golf/Titleist)
• Pelvic Health (Women, Men, Pediatric)
• Vestibular & Fall Prevention
• Lymphedema
• Pediatrics
• Parkinson’s (LSVT BIG)
• Osteoporosis
• Dry Needling
• Cancer Rehab
• Aquatics (emerging specialty)

Unique Hybrid Opportunity

PTs with advanced specialty training may also participate in an optional hybrid role with our out-of-network sister company, Physical Therapy Your Way, while maintaining full-time status and additional compensation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$115,000 (based on physical therapist's experience, specialty and bonus options)

Qualifications

• Virginia Physical Therapy License
