Salary: $72,500 – $90,000  base  +  performance incentives

Continuing Education: $1,500  annually  + MedBridge account

Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends. Ever.)

Caseload: ~10 visits/day

What You’ll Treat

You’ll work with a diverse outpatient population, including:

  • Orthopedic injuries
  • Sports & performance rehab
  • Pre- and post-operative care
  • Chronic pain & movement restoration
  • Injury prevention and return-to-activity care


You’ll have the time to think, progress patients correctly, and finish notes without rushing.

Who We’re Looking For

  • DPT (or equivalent) from an accredited program
  • Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
  • Passion for  patient-centered care and continuous learning
  • Strong  communication and teamwork  skills
