Physical Therapist Clinic Director or Lead Physical Therapist

Be part of something from the ground up! We are opening our first clinic location this December and seeking a licensed Kansas Physical Therapist to join us as either a Clinic Director or Lead Physical Therapist. The clinic owner will be highly involved in day-to-day growth, providing strong support and collaboration as we establish our footprint in the community. This is a 100% outpatient practice in a clinic just shy of 2,100 sq ft, with plans to grow to a 5-provider clinical team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape patient care, lead community outreach efforts, and even help open a second location in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Physical Therapist: up to $100,000 (DOE)
  • Clinic Director: up to $110,000 (DOE)
  • Full-time salary paid regardless of daily patient volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, patient-centered care with a cheerful and compassionate approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic owner on marketing initiatives, community events, and building referral relationships.
  • Participate in the credentialing process (approximately 1 month).
  • Lead and mentor new hires (Clinic Director role includes oversight of hiring and onboarding).
  • Engage in leadership growth opportunities (leadership experience required for Clinic Director role; not required for Lead PT).
  • Work alongside a dedicated marketing liaison to grow and maintain a strong caseload.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification (not primary responsibility but beneficial).
  • Develop and track clinic metrics, goals, and KPIs in collaboration with leadership.

Clinical Details

  • Care offerings: balance, orthopedics, neuro, vestibular (training provided through in-house CEUs).
  • Pelvic health interest/experience is a strong plus (training available).
  • Ages treated: based on PT preference.
  • Initial caseload: maximum 7 patients/day at 60-minute intervals.
  • Full caseload: 12 patients/day at 40-minute intervals.

Pre-Opening Work

  • Prior to clinic opening, receive a 1099 stipend of $1,000/month to assist with layout planning, marketing, and startup preparation.
