Ambassador Physical Therapy is a faith-based, multi-site private practice specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, current condition, and rehabilitations goals
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing various techniques and modalities
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care practices for continued recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing information
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy and incorporate best practices into treatment strategies
• Uphold legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and privacy
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (new grads and PTAs welcome)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical software
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
