Total Compensation

• Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on bonus + loan repayment)
• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (updated California range)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

About the Manteca Clinic

Our state-of-the-art, newly opened Manteca clinic offers individualized, hands-on outpatient orthopedic care in a modern and collaborative setting. As part of the California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy network, clinicians enjoy:

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based, individualized outpatient orthopedic care
• Evaluate/treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Develop personalized plans of care tailored to patient goals
• Deliver manual therapy, functional rehab, and therapeutic exercise
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on recovery and prevention
• Document accurately in the EMR system
• Collaborate closely with PTs, aides, front office staff, and leadership
• Participate in CE, mentorship, and team development initiatives
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Current California PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic and functional rehabilitation
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
