Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

  • Total compensation potential: $140,000 - $160,000 annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based, individualized physical therapy care

  • Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans

  • Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems

  • Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with patients and community members

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and insurance standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current California PT license (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
