Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on bonus + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (updated CA range)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
  • Student loan repayment up to $25,000

About the Castro Valley Clinic

Our Castro Valley clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy, offering personalized, one-on-one treatment grounded in manual therapy and functional rehabilitation. What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver manual therapy, functional rehab, and therapeutic exercise
  • Document care accurately in the EMR system
  • Educate patients and families on progress and prevention
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinic team members
  • Participate in mentorship, team meetings, and CE opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
  • Active California PT license (or eligibility)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, hands-on orthopedic care
  • New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome
