Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + sign-on + CEU + loan reimbursement)
  • Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Clinic Overview – Benicia

Our Benicia outpatient orthopedic clinic serves a diverse patient population and provides personalized, evidence-based care through:

  • Back, neck & spine rehabilitation
  • Manual therapy, including Graston Technique®
  • Pre- and post-operative recovery
  • Work conditioning & ergonomic assessments
  • Balance & fall prevention
  • Sports medicine & pediatric athlete care

You’ll join a collaborative environment focused on hands-on care, functional movement, and excellent patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
  • Provide manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
  • Educate patients & families on home programs and prevention strategies
  • Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and teammates
  • Participate in mentorship, team meetings, and ongoing CE

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Current California PT license (or eligibility)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to hands-on orthopedic and sports medicine care
  • New grads welcome to apply
