Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Clinic Overview

Our longstanding Vallejo clinic provides comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care, including:

  • Manual therapy
  • Acute & chronic rehabilitation

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs
  • Document all services accurately within the EMR
  • Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and providers
  • Contribute meaningfully to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active or eligible California PT license
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and individualized patient care
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
