Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll have the flexibility, support, and tools to grow — whether you’re a seasoned PT or a new grad ready to launch your career.

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

About the Morgan Hill Clinic

Our Morgan Hill outpatient orthopedic clinic provides personalized, evidence-based PT with a strong emphasis on:

  • Manual therapy
  • Functional rehabilitation
  • Pre- & post-operative care
  • Orthopedic and sports-related injuries
  • Spine rehab, work injury rehab, ASTYM, and dry needling

You’ll join a collaborative and encouraging team with access to clinical residencies, mentorship, and leadership development.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and design individualized plans of care
  • Deliver hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic treatment
  • Document all treatment, progress, and discharge planning in the EMR
  • Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and leadership
  • Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Participate in team meetings, CE, and mentorship activities
  • Maintain compliance with all payer, state, and federal requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active or eligible California PT license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
