Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll be part of a clinician-led team committed to providing exceptional, hands-on care in a supportive environment.

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000+
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy
  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized plans of care tailored to patient goals
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
  • Document care thoroughly and accurately in our EMR system
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Build strong patient and community relationships
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active (or eligible) California PT license
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
  • New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
