Physical Therapist

Job Overview
Functional Performance is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist. This job is a great opportunity for anyone who prefers to treat patients one-on-one. We are very flexible with work hours. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsible, flexible, and has good communication. You will get to treat a variety of patients that range from toddlers, athletes, and retired active patients. We do welcome Physical Therapists with a variety of experiences and new graduates.
-Create your own schedule
-Outpatient clinic
-Looking for a Physical Therapist (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate)
-One-on-one care
-We do holiday dinners, gifts, and you become our family

-Full time or Part time hours

Start Date:
We are flexible with this. The sooner the better, but we are flexible.

Continuing Education:
-We do offer a certain amount per year that we will reimburse you for continuing education.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
-Active state license required.
-Organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Active CPR certification.
-Personal Liability Insurance
-You will be required to submit documentation for daily notes, evaluation notes, and proper information for billing.

Job Types: We are open if you want to be part time or full time.

Pay: $46.00 - $55.00 per hour
