FYZICAL Hackettstown is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient clinic serving Northwest New Jersey. We are open to all experience levels — whether you are a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care

• Provide vestibular and balance rehabilitation (preferred but not required)

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with team members to support clinic growth

✅ Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics

• Vestibular rehabilitation interest or experience preferred

• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

• Team-oriented and growth-focused mindset
