Physical Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing family-centered wellness center. Together with our collaborative team of Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturist, we care for patients of all ages with a focus on hands-on care, movement- based rehab, and whole body wellness. We offer a flexible schedule, an established patient base and a supportive team driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions by evaluating their medical history, physiology knowledge, and functional limitations.
• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, trigger point therapy, and other physiotherapy techniques tailored to patient needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions focusing on orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports-related injuries to promote recovery and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, proper exercise techniques, and home care routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate our Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturist to develop comprehensive care plans that address acute care needs and long-term rehabilitation goals.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist in outpatient clinics, or home health environments.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and therapeutic modalities relevant to physiotherapy practice.
• Experience providing physiotherapy services for pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and community-based care programs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management purposes.
• Hands-on experience with trigger point therapy techniques and orthopedic rehabilitation strategies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
