Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:
- Acute care experience preferred
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience working independently and in home health setting
- Experience with geriatric patients is desirable

-Able to accept cases in surrounding areas(Menifee, Murrieta,etc)
