Position Summary

Allstar Therapies Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our established rehabilitation team in a correctional healthcare setting. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to practice in a structured, team-oriented clinical environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time – 40 hours per week
• Four (4) 10-hour shifts
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• 20 hours per week at each location
• Schedule flexibility available
• No weekends or on-call requirements

Compensation

• $42–$48 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy services to an adult population
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using a SOAP-note format
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and Wisconsin state regulations
• Educate patients on mobility, strengthening, and injury prevention
• Manage caseload independently within a structured clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist License (required)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work independently
• Experience in correctional healthcare, acute care, or skilled nursing preferred
