What You’ll Do

Provide trauma-informed, holistic physical therapy to children and youth across a wide range of ages and diagnoses
Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Design and educate families on home exercise programs and carryover strategies
Engage and motivate clients to reach developmental and therapeutic goals
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, mental health providers, ABA, and more)
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress notes
Serve as a clinical resource and support mentorship opportunities when applicable

What We’re Looking For

Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license or ability to obtain
Genuine passion for working with children and families
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of pediatric therapy
Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads with pediatric fieldwork are encouraged to apply

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
