Physical Therapist

Tired of juggling 3–4 patients an hour? So are we!

At Fit Club Physical Therapy, you’ll treat  one-on-one  in an elite gym-based environment where you can actually coach, connect, and change lives. Our model blends physical therapy with performance training, allowing you to think like a Doctor of Physical Therapy  and  like a strength coach — all under one roof.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about patient care and the patient experience. Someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a “lust for life” — the kind of clinician who wants more than just a job, but wants to be part of a tight-knit family and a community that supports growth.

This role starts part-time or per diem with the opportunity to grow into full-time as your caseload builds. You’ll have mentoring from experienced performance-based PTs, a team that pushes for excellence, and a space where you can take patients from rehab → training → advanced goals without limitation.

Why This Role Is Different

We don’t just treat injuries — we coach people back into the strength, fitness, and activities they love. You’ll build rehab and training programs, progress clients into personal training memberships, and work with a team that values creativity, autonomy, and clinical reasoning.

If you love helping active New Yorkers lift, run, jump, and push toward higher-level goals, this is the perfect environment for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one orthopedic and sports performance physical therapy.
  • Build both rehab programs and training plans for clients transitioning into fitness.
  • Collaborate with a high-energy team that values growth, integrity, and excellence.
  • Maintain timely documentation, patient retention, and strong outcomes.
  • Work in an elite gym environment where patients can truly be pushed to higher-level goals.
  • Contribute to a culture that combines physical therapy, performance coaching, and wellness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in NY
  • Strong background in strength training, manual therapy, and exercise prescription
  • A clinician who thinks like a PT but moves and coaches like a trainer
  • Someone who cares deeply about the patient experience
  • Great communication, professionalism, and presence
  • High integrity, reliability, and a team-first mindset
  • 1–3 years of experience preferred — but driven new grads with a strength background are encouraged to apply
  • Someone who wants  more than a job  — someone who wants community, purpose, and growth

Why Fit Club?

  • Start part-time/per diem with a path to full-time
  • Clear  opportunities for upward mobility  with success and hard work
  • $1,300 annual CEU allowance
  • Mentoring and professional development with experienced PTs
  • Competitive pay + performance incentives
  • Fun, family-like, high-energy environment
  • Opportunities to build specialty programs and grow in the company
  • Work in a vibrant gym setting with top-tier equipment and an active, motivated community
