Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote recovery and prevent future injuries
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of [State]
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Experience in acute care settings, such as hospitals or rehabilitation centers, is preferred
- Specialized skills in trigger point therapy or experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
