Pay Rate: $41-52/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders

• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
