Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to actually practice the way they were trained to — not fight their schedule, their paperwork, and their caseload every single day. This is a full time outpatient role with flexible scheduling. Whether you work four 10s, three 10s, and 2s, five 8s, we build the schedule around you.

Patient Population: Orthopedic, sports, and general outpatient — a mix that keeps the work clinically interesting.

Compensation:

$100k base to start+$1k per year of experience+$1k per relevant certification $5k sign-on bonus. Loyalty bonus of up to $6k annually. Flexible ramp structure, build your patient base first, transition to our Gold production model when you're ready to make more. Every PT at this clinic moves to Gold because we keep them booked. For a PT with a few years in and a couple certs, total year one compensation lands around $110-120k.
