We are a dynamic and highly established orthopedic and sports medicine PT and OT practice (established 18 years ago) located in El Segundo, CA (minutes from LAX airport) seeking a full-time (35-40 hours/week) Physical Therapist.

This is a fun place to work! Our team focuses on not only the professional aspect of being the best clinic in the South Bay, but we also make it fun for both the staff and patients. We have an excellent reputation with doctors and the community. We are unique, in that we are a multi-specialty clinic so you will get great experience in all aspects of outpatient rehab, including ortho pediatrics (if you choose to do so), conservative and post-surgical PT of all types. The majority of the clientele are in their 20s to 60s. We employ the latest state-of-the-art treatment techniques, including blood flow restriction therapy, TRX training, Graston myofascial treatments, Shockwave therapy and Class IV laser therapy. Minimal staff turnover due to the work environment and flexibility with time off requests.

The clinic is physical therapist-owned and focused on one-on-one patient care based on manual therapy and functional exercise development principles. We are not a mill!! The physical therapist will see each patient for one-on-one eval and follow-up treatments. All support staff are very well trained. The position offers great growth capabilities and mentorship, if desired.

Full benefits are offered for this position, including retirement, PPO medical insurance, long-term disability, and paid time off. Salary negotiable, based on experience and qualifications. PROFIT SHARING AVAILABLE FOR laser and shockwave therapy sales. If you are interested in taking a PT student, clinical instructors will earn $10 more per hour!

All applicants must be licensed in the state of CA and hold at least a Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. 1-2 years of orthopedic experience preferred, but not required.
